What ELMA AI does
A business owner signs in to ELMA AI and configures a voice agent: its greeting, business hours, and knowledge base. Once published, that agent answers inbound phone calls, handles live voice or chat conversations from the business's website, takes messages, and books appointments for customers.
How ELMA AI uses Google user data
When a business chooses to connect Google Calendar, ELMA AI requests Google Calendar access for one purpose only: to check that business's availability and create the appointment events a customer books during a call or chat conversation. Calendar access is never used for any other feature.
ELMA AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train independent AI or machine learning models unrelated to providing ELMA AI features.
